Order Processing Time
All orders undergo a standard processing time of 24 to 48 hours before shipping, regardless of the shipping method selected. Please note that pre-orders or new product launches may have varying processing times based on availability. We work diligently to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
Our order processing hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (local time). Orders placed outside these hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Our daily shipping cutoff time is 3:30 PM. If you receive a tracking number after this cutoff, your order was prepared but may ship the following business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses.

Important: Some orders will be shipped only to the verified billing address of the cardholder. If we cannot verify the address, your order may be canceled without notice. For APO/FPO addresses, please allow up to 14 days for delivery due to military shipping logistics.Late Shipments & Claims While we strive to provide timely delivery, transit times are not guaranteed, and shipping fees are non-refundable. However, the following guarantees are backed by carriers:

If you believe your shipment was delayed due to carrier service failure, please contact the respective shipping carrier directly to file a claim.Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address associated with your account. You can also track your order by logging into your account under My Orders.

Please note: USPS tracking updates may not show status changes daily until your package reaches a processing facility or your local post office. For any delivery concerns, please contact your local postal office directly.Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or returned packages.
