Exchange Policy

At OctaVape, we want to ensure your experience with our products is flawless. Please review our Exchange Policy for all details.

Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges only if the device is defective within 30 days from the original purchase date. To request an exchange, please provide valid proof of purchase.

Non-Eligible Exchanges
Devices damaged due to improper use or failure to follow instructions are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling fees incurred during the exchange process.
  • Exchanges will be made for the same color, size, and model as the original purchase, subject to availability.
  • All shipping claims must be submitted through our customer portal for faster processing.
Product Condition for Exchange
Products returned for exchange must be thoroughly cleaned and free of any foreign substances before shipment.

Warranty Exclusions
 The following are excluded from the exchange policy:
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, leaks)
  • Replacement pods, cartridges, and tanks
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid contact, natural disasters, or other external factors
  • Devices after 30 days from the purchase date (certain conditions may apply)
  • Waterpipes — all waterpipe sales are final and non-refundable
International Orders
VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, and other import taxes are not included in shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.
