Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before it ships and receive a full refund. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Returns
We do not accept returns except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. For all return claims, please provide proof of purchase and contact our customer support.

Warranty Exclusions
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
  • Cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, or leaks
  • Replacement pods, cartridges, and tanks
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid contact, natural disasters, or other external factors
  • All e-liquids and e-juices
  • Devices after 30 days from the purchase date (certain conditions may apply)
  • Waterpipes — all waterpipe sales are final and non-refundable
International Orders
VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, and other import taxes are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
